Trial Period and Guarantee: Real Simple offers a 100-night sleep trial for all Real Sleep mattresses.
This sleep trial does not include a mandatory break-in period. Customers may return the mattress at any point during the 100-night trial period.
A full refund will be issued for all returns within 100 nights.
Real Simple covers all shipping and handling costs associated with the mattress return, and will handle pickup arrangements for removing the mattress from the customer’s home.
All returned mattresses are either recycled or donated to charity.

Warranty: Real Simple offers a 10-year warranty with the Real Sleep mattress.
This warranty is entirely nonprorated.
Real Simple will, at its sole option, repair or replace any mattress defects for as long as the warranty is valid.
Warranty coverage is incumbent on adequate foundational support. According to Real Simple, the mattress must be used with ‘a firm, solid-surface, adjustable bed base or mattress support.’ Failure to utilize a proper support system will void the warranty.
Real Simple will cover all repair and replacement costs for mattresses with defects.
The warranty will cover the following defects:
Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface measuring three-quarters of an inch (3/4″) or deeper that do not result from owner misuse or improper foundational support.
The warranty will not cover the following:
Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that do not measure three-quarters of an inch (3/4″) or deeper, or normal increases in softness that do not compromise the pressure-relieving abilities of the mattress.
Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other forms of physical damage.
This warranty is exclusively offered to original owners who purchase their mattress from Real Simple. Anyone who buys or acquires their mattress from another seller (including the original owner) does so ‘as is,’ and will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
