Set-Up and Care Instructions
The set-up process for Saatva mattress toppers is as follows:
Saatva mattress toppers ship compressed in a box. Owners should unpackage the topper and allow it to expand to its full shape before using it for the first time.
If the topper emits noticeable off-gassing odor, owners may want to air it out in a well-ventilated room.
The cleaning and care process for Saatva toppers is as follows:
Owners should never wash foam or latex topper components in a machine. Spot clean with cold water if stains occur.
The topper’s cover is removable, and can be washed and dried in a machine. Wash in cool water and dry on a low or no-heat cycle. Air drying is also acceptable. Make sure the cover is completely dry before placing it back on the pillow.
The cover is designed to be slightly on the larger side to prevent excessive shrinkage after the first wash.

Shipping is free via UPS Ground for all customers in the U.S. and Canada.
Saatva may be able to deliver a topper to some P.O. boxes, but the company does not offer shipping to air/army or fleet post offices.
Customers should contact Saatva immediately if they need to change their address or other contact information after submitting their order. The company cannot guarantee address changes will be applied before the item ships.
Trial Period and Warranty Details
Saatva offers a 120-night sleep trial for all mattress toppers:
This sleep trial does not include a mandatory break-in period. Customers may return their topper at any point of the 120-night trial.
Saatva issues full refunds for all returns within the trial period. Exchanges are not allowed.

Saatva offers a 1-year warranty for all mattress toppers:
This warranty is completely nonprorated.
Saatva will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective topper during the one-year warranty coverage period. Replacing the topper will not result in a longer warranty or a new warranty. Instead, the replacement will be included in the original coverage period.
The warranty does not cover damage that occurs due to “staining, discolorations, or abuse of the product.”
This warranty is non transferable. It is exclusively available to original owners who purchase their topper from Saatva or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their topper from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer do not receive warranty coverage.
