Cleaning and Care
The Quility Weighted Blanket should not be washed or dried in a machine. Owners may hand-wash with mild detergent, then dry flat. Dry-cleaning is also an option.
Unzip the cover and untie the perimeter loops to remove it from the blanket. Both the minky and cotton covers should be hand- or machine-washed in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or dry flat. Do not use bleach or tumble dry.
Quility ships blankets to all 50 states and the District of Columbia, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and minor outlying U.S. islands.
What Is the Delivery Policy?
Standard shipping is free-of-charge for all orders. The company also offers expedited shipping for a flat rate of $12.25 and priority shipping for a flat rate of $17.75.
For standard delivery, most customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their order within four to nine business days. Non-contiguous U.S. deliveries may take longer.

Return Policy and Warranty Details
Quility offers a 30-day return period on unused blankets. Customers who return their blanket within 30 nights will receive a full product refund. However, customers must cover return shipping costs. Quility will also assess a 25 percent restocking fee if the blanket has been used or damaged.
Quility does not offer a product warranty for the weighted blanket or duvet covers.
