All blankets are filled with new BPA-free, hypoallergenic, FDA-compliant plastic microbeads within a pure cotton or a plush minky shell made of 100 percent polyester (special antimicrobial fabrics are available upon request for hospital and healthcare professionals). Blankets are hand-quilted into squares to ensure the plastic pellets remain evenly distributed across the sleeper’s body.

What Is the Delivery Policy?
Because every blanket at Mosaic Weighted Blankets is custom-made to order, delivery times may vary. Once made, custom orders should ship in one to three business days, as do in-stock items for orders within the U.S.
Mosaic Weighted Blankets ship to both domestic and international addresses. Mosaic uses UPS shipping for both destinations within the U.S. and for international shipping destinations.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the weight of the blanket purchased; shipping costs and details should be supplied on the product paid. Orders $149.95+ ship for free. Canadian shipments may also include import and duty taxes.

Return Policy and Warranty Details
Although they do not provide a warranty, the manufacturers of Mosaic Weighted Blankets provide a 30-day return policy. To initiate the return process, email [email protected] to request a UPS return label. Labels can be printed and attached to the return or scanned at a UPS facility from your smartphone. Return shipping will be subtracted from your refund. If your return is determined to be used, you may be charged a restocking fee.
If you have received a blanket that is too light or too heavy, you can also exchange the blanket by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. Requests for exchanges for a lighter or heavier model should be made within seven days of receiving the order and blankets should be unused.
