Sizing

If you aren’t sure of your ring size, Oura provides a sizing kit, which you can send for when placing your ring order. You cannot order a sizing kit separately; its only available when you’ve purchased your Oura ring. It’s also possible to download 3D printing files for creating your own sizing kit. The file format is .stl.
You can wear the smart ring sleep tracker on any finger. The company does recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring fingers for fit and comfort. It’s important to make sure the ring is comfortable. For accuracy in sizing, you might want to measure your fingers in the morning, as they’re slightly bigger than they are later in the day.

Battery Life

When you order the Oura Ring, it comes with a ring box that also functions as a charger. To charge, the ring must be placed so that the gold charging pads face the charging pins on the charger. The battery takes anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes to fully charge. While it’s charging, you’ll see a pulsating dim white light. When charging is complete, the light stop pulsating and glows with a solid white light.
By activating battery notifications in the Oura app, you’ll know when the ring’s battery needs to be charged and when charging is complete.

Care and Maintenance
The Oura Ring is made from titanium and a diamond-like carbon coating, allowing it to stand up to everyday wear and tear. It contains a non-allergenic, non-metallic inner molding. Additionally, the ring is water-resistant up to approx. 328 feet.
