Each Snowe bedding collection includes one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and two pillowcases. Snowe does not offer twin or twin XL sizes for any of these sets.
Customers can order pillowcase sets separately from the collections. Sets of two linen pillowcases are priced at $88 in a standard-size and $98 in a king size. For the percale and sateen pillowcases, the standard-size set is $58 and the king-size set is $68. Purchasing one pillowcase is not optional.
Snowe also offers two bedding bundle sets. The five-piece Starter Sleep Bundle includes the four items included in each standard collection, plus a duvet cover. This bundle is priced at $525 to $610 for linen items, and $350 to $425 for percale and sateen items.
The nine-piece Complete Sleep Bundle includes the four standard items, a duvet cover, two additional pillowcases, and two pillow shams. This bundle is priced at $720 to $825 for linen items, and $460 to $560 for percale and sateen items.

Cleaning instructions for all three sets are fairly similar. Owners should wash all three in warm water. For percale and sateen items, Snowe recommends a gentle cycle only. Wash separately from other garments, and do not use bleach.
Items from each set should be tumble-dried on a low setting. Owners can use a warm iron as needed once the sheets and pillowcases are completely dry. For the percale set, fold immediately after removing from the dryer to avoid needing the iron.
Snowe bedding items should be stored in a cool, dry place where they won’t be exposed to excess sunlight or moisture. The percale and sateen sets come with identification envelopes for easier storage.

Snowe bedding sets are available for purchase on the Snowe website, but these items are not sold through any online retailers, including Amazon.com.
Snowe operates three brick-and-mortar locations, all in New York state. These include shops in New York City’s Flatiron district and the city of Southampton. The company normally operates an appointment-only showroom in New York City, but this location is currently closed.

What Is the Delivery Policy?
Snowe processes most bedding orders within three business days of purchase. Items are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Once shipped, standard orders typically reach their destination within two to seven business days. Customers can also select expedited delivery for an added charge. If placed by 1pm EST, these orders reach their destination within two business days. Please note delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.
All customers receive a tracking number once their order ships. Those who create an account on Snowe’s website may track the order directly without the number. Orders cannot be modified once the items are shipped.
Customers who intend to ship items as gifts can create a registry during checkout. Those who wish to hold their order until a certain date should enter the desired shipping date in the ‘Hold Gift Until’ box.
Return Policy and Warranty Details
Snowe offers a 90-night sleep trial for all three sheet sets. Customers who wish to return their items or have them replaced can email Snowe their order number. The company covers return shipping charges within the contiguous U.S., but those living outside the contiguous U.S. must pay these costs.
Snowe will issue a refund for all verified returns to the initial form of payment. Most customers receive their refund within seven business days. During the 90-night trial, customers may also contact Snowe to request item exchanges. However, those who receive Snowe bedding sets as gifts cannot receive a refund for their items. Instead, Snowe will issue store credit.
