Delivery Policy
As long as items are in stock, customers can expect their orders to ship out within one to two business days. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday through Friday should be shipped that very same day. However, orders placed after 2 p.m. will go out the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Brooklinen does ship orders to P.O. Boxes. All P.O. Box orders will be sent through USPS priority mail, including international orders. Customers ordering outside the United States might have to pay additional taxes and fees.
If any part of an order is not in stock, the entire order will be held until that item is restocked so that everything can be shipped together. Customers who want the available items as quickly as possible are encouraged to send an email to Brooklinen.

Customers have the opportunity to try their sheets for up to 365 days. If after a year of use you’ve decided you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them. Exchanges for other sheets are always free, but if you prefer a cash refund, Brooklinen will return your money using your original payment method.
Brooklinen offers a lifetime warranty for their sheets. Should your sheets fray or tear, contact Brooklinen. They’ll repair or replace your sheets at no cost. Brooklinen believes in the quality of their bedding and that you’ll love and appreciate them for many years to come.
