Ettitude sheet sets are relatively simple to wash. All three types of sheet sets can be cleaned the same way. Wash Ettitude sheets as follows:
Machine wash sheets on a cold water setting (85 degrees maximum)
Wash sheets on a gentle or high-water cycle
Wash sheets separately so they are not damaged by clothing hardware or hard fabrics
Use a mild, liquid laundry detergent
Fabric softener is not necessary
Avoid bleach, fabric brightener, and whitening detergent
Use baking soda and vinegar to brighten light-colored sheets
Line dry sheets if possible
If machine drying, use low heat or an air-only setting
Remove sheets from dryer immediately to avoid wrinkling
Test any stain removers on the fabric bag before using on sheets

What is the Delivery Policy?
Ettitude offers free U.S. shipping on orders over 50 dollars. Shipping will take the following amount of time:
Continential U.S.: 3-8 business days
Hawaii and Alaska: 2-4 weeks
U.S. customers can choose expedited shipping for an additional 15 dollars. Expedited shipping takes an estimated two days on top of 1-2 days of order processing.
Ettitude ships products to Canada for a flat fee of 15 dollars. Shipping time is 5-8 days.
Ettitude operates a separate website for customers outside of the U.S. and Canada. Through that site, they offer free shipping to Australia on orders over 50 dollars, and shipping to Asian and European countries for various fees.
Return Policy & Warranty Information
Ettitude offers a 30-night sleep trial on their sheet sets, and customers may return sheet sets for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day sleep trial only applies to a customer’s first purchase and to full-priced items. Items may only be returned if they are in their original packaging. Ettitude provides return instructions on their Return Instructions page, and will provide a prepaid return shipping label on U.S.-ordered items that fall under the 30-day sleep trial policy.
Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Items damaged by the customer beyond what is considered general wear and tear might not be accepted for return. Customers may exchange items because they want a different size or color, but Ettitude will not pay for return shipping.
Ettitude does not offer a warranty beyond the 30-day sleep trial and return period.
