Cleaning and Care
Sheets in the Wharf and Whitney Collections are relatively easy to care for and maintain. Cleaning instructions are as follows:
- Machine-wash each component in cold water; do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Dry each component on a low tumble setting
- Remove materials promptly when drying is finished
- Iron materials on a low setting

What Is the Delivery Policy?
Standard shipping is free for those in the lower 48 states. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada pay a flat delivery fee of $20 per sheet set.
Once the order is placed, most sheet sets ship within two to three business days and reach their final destination within two to five business days after shipping. All customers receive a tracking number for monitoring their delivery; this number should be sent to them within three days of the original order.

Trial Period and Warranty Details
Eli & Elm offers a 45-night sleep trial for the Wharf and Whitney sheet sets. This trial includes a mandatory two-week break-in period; customers may not return the sheet set until at least 14 nights have elapsed.
To initiate a return, email Eli & Elm’s customer support team (address listed in ‘Company Information’ below). Customers receive a full product refund and Eli & Elm will cover all shipping and transportation expenses associated with the return.
Each Eli & Elm sheet set is also backed by a five-year warranty. The company offers to replace sheet set components free-of-charge for as long as the warranty is valid if certain defects – such as ripping or fraying – occur.
The warranty is non-transferable, and is only available to original owners who purchase their sheets from Eli & Elm or an authorized brand retailer.
