Tuft & Needle will not refund shipping charges for customers in Alaska or Hawaii. Otherwise, full refunds are issued for all returns.

This sleep trial does not require a break-in period, and customers may return their mattress for a full refund at any point of the 365-night trial window.

Warranty
Saatva offers a lifetime warranty:
This warranty is non-prorated. During years one and two, Saatva will repair or replace defective mattresses at no extra cost to the owner. Beginning in year three, the company will repair and re-cover all defective mattresses for a flat fee of $149.
