The Leesa is constructed with two comfort layers. The topmost layer of polyfoam has an indentation load deflection (ILD) of 13, indicating ‘Medium’ firmness; and the second layer of memory foam has an ILD of 9, indicating a softer material. These two layers create a balanced surface that offers moderate conforming and alleviates pressure points without sagging or compromising mattress support (a common complaint about memory foam mattresses).
The Leesa’s high-density polyfoam base layer reinforce the bed and helps maintain an even, supportive sleep surface. The Leesa is also exceptionally lightweight even by foam bed standards – 71 pounds in a Queen size – making it easy for most owners to lift and rotate.
How Is the Loom & Leaf Built?
The Loom & Leaf has a 12″ profile, making it thicker than the average memory foam bed by about two inches. Its above-average height is due in part to its four-layer construction, which includes gel memory foam and standard memory foam comfort layers and two layers of high-density polyfoam in the support core. Due to this design, the Loom & Leaf offers exceptional cushioning and body conforming.

The sleep trial includes a mandatory 30-night break-in period. Customers may not return their bed until at least 30 nights have elapsed.
The 100-night sleep trial will be voided if the mattress leaves its original country of purchase.
Leesa offers prepaid shipping labels to customers, which allows them to return the mattress free of charge.
Warranty

Delivery Details
The delivery policy for Leesa mattresses is as follows:
Leesa customers typically receive their mattress within three to seven business days after placing their order.
In addition to free standard delivery, Leesa offers White Glove delivery for a flat $100 fee. This service includes in-home mattress assembly, and is available in select locations. For an additional $50 ($150 total), delivery personnel will remove the customer’s old mattress.
Customers can only make changes to their delivery address within 24 hours of placing their order.
How Is the Mattress Shipped?: Compressed and shipped in a box. Where Do They Ship?: Leesa ships mattresses to customers in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Germany. This warranty is partially prorated. During the first two years, Saatva will replace or repair a defective Loom & Leaf mattress at no extra cost to the owner. From years three onward, Saatva will repair and re-cover the mattress for a flat fee of $149.
Additionally, Saatva offers the ‘Fairness Replacement Option.’ The company will replace a defective mattress at discounted price. As part of this offer, owners are allowed to keep their original Loom & Leaf mattress, as well.
The warranty will be voided if the mattress is used on a metal frame with fewer than five legs; vertical center support is also needed for sizes Queen and larger.
The warranty will cover the following defects:

Delivery Details
The delivery policy for Loom & Leaf mattresses is as follows:
All Loom & Leaf orders qualify for free White Glove delivery, which includes in-home mattress assembly and old mattress removal.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas U.S. territories are not available through Saatva.
Customers are given a four-hour delivery window on the day their mattress is expected to arrive. If this window is not met, customers may opt for a full refund instead.
