The delivery policy for DreamCloud mattresses is as follows:
Most DreamCloud orders are processed within two to three business days of the original order. Once shipped, customers normally receive their mattress within two to five business days.
DreamCloud offers free standard delivery to customers in the contiguous U.S., but those in Alaska and Hawaii must pay a flat shipping fee of $149.
