What Lull Users Say
Based on data collection, this is an overall customer sentiment regarding the Lull mattress.
Lull mattresses have earned a slightly below-average customer rating compared to other memory foam mattresses.
Memory foam is engineered to provide a comfortable, conforming sleep surface that retains its original shape over time, but indentations are to be expected.
Lull mattresses appear to have comparable lifespans to other memory foam models, but the company has been in business for fewer than three years and the overall lifespan of these mattresses has not yet been assessed.
Memory foam mattresses have been touted for superior motion isolation, which means that motion does not occur throughout the mattress when someone gets up or shifts their position.
Lull mattresses feature two layers of memory foam that absorb and isolate motion transfer to a significant extent, according to owners.
Many memory foam users report that these mattresses are not very conducive for sex due to the lack of responsiveness, which can create a feeling of ‘fighting’ the mattress.
Like most memory foam mattresses, Lull models may not be responsive or bouncy enough for some couples.
Memory foam mattresses are engineered to conform to the sleeper’s figure, creating a cradle-shaped impression that aligns the spine and targets pressure points.
Lull mattresses conform closely to sleeper’s figures and alleviate pressure points to some extent — but those with chronic pain or pressure may find more relief from a less firm mattress.
Memory foam retains more body heat than other mattress materials, and users often ‘sleep hot’ as a result.
Lull mattresses are advertised with a top layer of ‘cooling gel memory foam’, but owners report these mattresses sleep as warm as other models with standard memory foam.
Some mattresses emit particles when they are unpackaged, accompanied by unpleasant ‘off-gassing’ smells that can last for days.
Some off-gassing is to be expected when the mattress is new, but odors from Lull models will usually dissipate within a few days.
Because of their construction, memory foam mattresses often feature little to no edge support.
Like many other memory foam models, Lull mattresses offer little to no edge support; premature sinkage is common at the edges where people tend to sit.
Memory foam mattresses create little to no noise, due to their lack of springs, coils, and other metal components
Lull mattresses are virtually silent when bearing weight.
Ease of Moving and Rotating
Memory foam mattresses tend to be lighter, which makes them easier to move. They never need to be flipped, since only one side is designed for sleeping.
A Queen-size Lull mattress weighs less than 70 pounds, which is light by memory foam mattress standards.
How Is the Mattress Shipped?: Lull mattresses are compressed and shipped in a box that measures 21W” x 44L” x 21H”. Lull mattresses will expand to their full shape within two days of being unpackaged. Where Do They Ship?: Lull mattresses are shipped to addresses in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. The company does not ship internationally at this time. Delivery Fee: There is no fee for deliveries to addresses in the contiguous 48 states. Lull will ‘subsidize the shipping cost’ of residents with shipping addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees will apply.
Delivery Policy: The delivery policy for Lull mattresses is as follows:
Lull mattress deliveries are coordinated through FedEx. Most mattresses reach the customer’s residence within one to four business days of the original purchase.
Customers will be able to track their order using the FedEx website, but tracking status may not appear for up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Customers that do not receive their delivery on time should contact Lull; company representatives will work with FedEx to track down the delivery and determine when it will most likely arrive. Lull notes that this process may take up to two business days.
If the mattress is damaged during delivery, customers should resolve this with FedEx or any other third-party shipping company that performs the delivery.
Lull does not ship mattresses to P.O. boxes.
Old Mattress Removal: Because they utilize FedEx couriers for deliveries, Lull does not currently offer old mattress removal services.

Warranty: Lull offers a 10-year limited warranty for all mattresses.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase. Lull will repair or replace all mattresses that are deemed defective for as long as the warranty is valid.
In the event that a replacement is needed, Lull will provide a ‘comparable model and size‘ replacement mattress. If the original model has been discontinued, then the company will provide ‘the most comparable’ replacement at their sole discretion.
The warranty will cover the following defects.
Visible indentations or sagging in the sleep surface that measure one inch (1″) or deeper and have not been caused by improper foundational support.
Manufacturing flaws in the cover zipper, although the warranty will not cover zippers that are broken or damaged due to misuse.
Tears, stitch unraveling, and other product flaws that do not result from owner misuse.
The warranty will not cover the following:
Indentations and sagging that do not measure one inch (1″) or deeper; this is considered ‘normal wear and tear’.
‘Minor imperfections’, including ‘cosmetic flaws’.
Stains, tears, burns, discolorations, and other types of damage that either appear naturally over time or are directly caused by the owner.
Damage caused by animals, pests, or children.
‘Naturally occurring aromas’ from the mattress materials, including foam and cotton.
Claims filed due to changes in the owner’s comfort preferences.
Claims filed by mattress owners due to ‘allergies or sensitivities’ to mattress materials.
Warranty coverage is extended to customers who purchase a new Lull mattress from Amazon.com; manufacturer’s warranty requests are coordinated through Amazon customer service.
In order to file a claim, customers must email the following to Lull:
A written description of the mattress defect or damage.
A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
A photograph of the defect or damage.
Once a warranty claim has been submitted, mattress owners should hear from Lull within 10 business days.
Lull mattress warranties are exclusively reserved for the original purchaser, and are non-transferrable if the mattress is sold or gifted to someone else.
