What Is the Delivery Policy?
Standard shipping is free but expedited shipping comes at an additional cost. One-day shipping is $40 and two-day shipping is $25.
Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days and fulfilled between 8:00am and 4:30pm CST.
Trial Period and Warranty Details
Huut allows you to return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund, for any reason. You can start the process by filling out their online form. Exchanges are free and you’ll be refunded by the original method of payment.
It’s important to note that you can’t returns individual sheets, instead you’ll have to return the entire set. The exception to this: if there’s a defect in one of the items in the set. Products that are torn are subject to a 50% restocking fee, and washed or used products will be subject to a processing fee of $9.99.
Returns are processed within 1-3 weeks from receipt, and all exchanges and returns are final. Huut isn’t responsible for undelivered and lost returns.
