The Puffy mattress comes with a 101-night sleep trial that begins the day the mattress is delivered. Puffy recommends sleeping on the mattress for a minimum of 14 nights and accepts returns after that breaking-in phase until night 101.

Puffy offers a lifetime warranty on their mattresses to the original owner. The Puffy mattress qualifies under warranty if it’s used for its intended purposes and on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and its users.
The warranty covers material and workmanship defects including:
Indentations deeper than one and a half inches that do not result from improper use or inadequate foundational support.
Any physical flaw that causes the mattress to split or crack beyond normal wear and tear.
