Tuft & Needle uses FedEx Ground delivery, which typically arrives in three to seven business days. Deliveries arrive on Mondays through Fridays that do not fall on federal holidays. After you place your order, you will receive a shipping arrival estimate and FedEx Ground tracking email.

The Tuft & Needle comes with a 100-night sleep trial. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your pillow for free for a full refund within 100 days.
Note that the sleep trial terms are slightly different if you order from Amazon.com rather than the Tuft & Needle website. Ordering from Amazon.com, you only have 30 days to return the pillow for a full refund.
To initiate the return process, you’ll need to email support@tuftandneedle.com for a free FedEx return label sent over email. Print and tape the label to the box before dropping the package off at a FedEx store. Your refund will be credited back to your original purchasing card within a week after initiating the return.
