The Luuf Bed is sold on the Luuf website, but it is not available through any online third-party retailers (including Amazon.com). The mattress is sold at brick-and-mortar Sleep Sherpa locations in Chicago, Illinois, and Edina, Minnesota.

The delivery policy for Luuf is as follows:
Standard shipping is free for all customers. The Luuf Bed is made to order; it is constructed within three to four business days of the original order; once shipped, it takes roughly one to five business days to reach its destination. Luuf does not offer expedited or White Glove delivery.
The mattress must be unboxed within two weeks of the delivery date; if it is not unboxed during this time and damage occurs, Luuf will void the warranty.
Old Mattress Removal
Luuf does not provide old mattress removal for any orders.
Trial Period and Warranty Details
Trial Period and Guarantee
Luuf offers a 100-night sleep trial for the Luuf Bed mattress.
This sleep trial requires a 21-night break-in period. Customers may not return their mattress for a full refund until at least 21 nights have elapsed.
Luuf issues full refunds for all returns on mattresses purchased online. The sleep trial is not extended to brick-and-mortar buyers.
Each customer is entitled to three product returns per calendar year.
Warranty
Luuf offers a 10-year warranty:
This warranty is completely nonprorated. Luuf will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective Luuf Bed for as long as the warranty is valid.
Warranty coverage is contingent on proper foundational support. Per Luuf: “A proper bed frame must provide substantial support for both the mattress, foundation and user(s). A proper bed frame is defined, for the purpose of this Limited Warranty as having a least five to six (5-6) leg support for a Queen, Eastern King, and California King mattress, four (4) leg support for Twin and Full mattresses. For Queen, Eastern King, and California King slatted style bed frames, there cannot be greater than five (5) inches between each slat in order to provide ample structural support for the foundation and user(s).” Luuf will void the warranty is the mattress is not used with a supportive foundation and damage occurs as a result. The company also requires photographic proof of a suitable foundation whenever a warranty claim is filed.
Luuf will void the warranty if the mattress is not unboxed within two weeks of delivery.
The warranty will cover the following defects:
Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface measuring two inches (2″) or deeper.
Cosmetic damages to the mattress not caused by normal wear and tear that affect how the bed feels and performs.
The warranty will not cover the following:
Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that do not measure two inches (2″) or deeper, or normal increases in mattress softness. These issues are considered normal wear and tear.
Repair or replacement requests that occur due to changes in the owner’s comfort preferences.
Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of physical damage that occur due to abuse, misuse, or neglect.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is exclusively offered to original mattress owners who purchase their Luuf Bed from Luuf or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their mattress from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer do not receive warranty coverage.
