Based on our customer feedback, Lucid mattresses received the following grades among sleepers of different weights and preferred sleep positions. These ratings are divided by mattress type; please note that sleeper experiences typically vary by firmness.
Please note that these ratings are subjective, and that everyone has varying experiences on different mattresses. Sleeper comfort and spinal support are the most important factors when it comes to selecting a mattress.

Lucid ships mattresses anywhere in the contiguous United States; deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not available at this time.
White Glove Delivery?
Lucid does not offer white glove delivery for any of their mattresses.
Full Shipping Details
Delivery Policy: The delivery policy for Lucid is as follows:
Lucid will process mattress orders within 24 to 48 hours. Most mattresses reach their destination within five to seven business days.
Expedited and White Glove delivery options are not available.
Old Mattress Removal
Old mattress removal is not offered with any Lucid deliveries.
Trial Period and Warranty Details
Trial Period and Guarantee: Lucid offers a 30-night sleep trial for all mattresses.
There is no mandatory break-in period for Lucid mattresses. Customers are eligible to return their mattress at any point during the sleep trial in exchange for a full product refund.
Purchasers who buy their mattress from Amazon.com may not qualify for the Lucid sleep trial; however, they may be eligible for the standard Amazon.com sleep trial, which also lasts for 30 nights.
Warranty: Lucid offers a 10-year limited warranty for all mattresses.
Please note: Lucid no longer offers a 25-year warranty for mattresses; however, the 25-year warranty may still be listed on some retail sites (including Amazon.com).
This warranty is entirely nonprorated.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Lucid will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace mattress defects for as long as the warranty is valid.
Lucid mattresses are designed for use with specific types of foundational support systems. Using Lucid mattresses with certain foundations, such as futons with no center support, will void the warranty.
The warranty will cover the following product defects:
Visible indentations or sagging in the mattress surface that measure one and a half inches (1 1/2?) or deeper and are not the result of owner misuse and/or improper foundational support.
Manufacturing flaws related to the cover, including cracked or broken zippers.
The warranty will not cover the following:
A normal increase in foam or latex softness that does not affect its pressure-relieving abilities, or indentations or sagging that do not measure to one and a half inches (1 1/2?). These issues are both considered standard wear and tear.
Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of damage that result from owner misuse, improper cleaning, and/or inadequate foundational support.
‘Alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives’.
Customers who wish to file a warranty claim should contact Lucid by email. Original proof of purchase will be required.
Warranty coverage is exclusively extended to original owners who purchase their Lucid mattress directly from the company or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their mattress from the original owner or an unauthorized retailer will not be entitled to warranty protection.
