This material cushions the sleeper’s body and conforms consistently to alleviate pressure and discomfort, much like memory foam or latex, but the polymer grid is highly durable and less vulnerable to early wear and tear. This warranty is completely non-prorated. During the first 10 years of ownership, DreamCloud will repair or replace any defective mattress at no extra cost to the owner. After 10 years have elapsed, DreamCloud will repair and re-cover any mattress; owners must cover shipping and transportation costs, but these charges will be refunded if the mattress is deemed defective.
Warranty coverage is contingent on proper foundational support. The warranty will be voided if the mattress is not used with a platform bed or other suitable foundation and damage occurs as a result.

Purple offers a 100-night sleep trial for the Purple Hybrid mattress.
This sleep trial does not require a break-in period; customers may return their mattress for a full product refund at any point of the 100-night trial.
