Bear customers are required to test out their mattress for 30 nights after the original purchase before they are eligible to return it. Those who wish to return their mattresses will get a full refund, excluding any white-glove services that were previously paid. A free mattress pickup service will also be provided.
Warranty
Bear offers a lifetime warranty for its Bear Mattress model:
The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser, and an original receipt or proof of purchase will be required to file any warranty claims. Warranty coverage for the Bear Mattress begins on the date of the original purchase.
The Bear Mattress warranty will cover: sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that measure 1.5 inches or deeper or physical flaws in the mattress that cause the foam to split or crack.
The warranty does not cover the following: damages that occur due to misuse or improper foundational support; burns, stains, discolorations, and other types of physical damage; indentations that do not measure 1.5 inches or deeper.
Delivery Details
All Bear Mattress deliveries are provided through the FedEx. Once the mattress has shipped from the company’s warehouse, customers should coordinate all delivery details with FedEx.
Mattresses will usually ship from the company’s warehouse within two to four business days of the original purchase, and reach the customer’s address within two to seven business days.
FedEx will deliver the mattress directly to the customer’s doorstep; an adult signature will not be required, and adults do not need to be present at the address during the delivery.

Nectar offers a 365-night sleep trial for all mattresses. There is a mandatory 30-day break-in period, and customers may return the mattress at any point during the sleep trial for a full product refund.
