Bear offers a 120-night sleep trial for the Bear Mattress model.
Bear customers are required to test out their mattress for 30 nights after the original purchase before they are eligible to return it. Those who wish to return their mattresses will get a full refund, excluding any white-glove services that were previously paid. A free mattress pickup service will also be provided.
Warranty
Bear offers a lifetime warranty for its Bear Mattress model:
The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser, and an original receipt or proof of purchase will be required to file any warranty claims. Warranty coverage for the Bear Mattress begins on the date of the original purchase.
The Bear Mattress warranty will cover: sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that measure 1.5 inches or deeper or physical flaws in the mattress that cause the foam to split or crack.
The warranty does not cover the following: damages that occur due to misuse or improper foundational support; burns, stains, discolorations, and other types of physical damage; indentations that do not measure 1.5 inches or deeper.
Delivery Details
All Bear Mattress deliveries are provided through the FedEx. Once the mattress has shipped from the company’s warehouse, customers should coordinate all delivery details with FedEx.
Mattresses will usually ship from the company’s warehouse within two to four business days of the original purchase, and reach the customer’s address within two to seven business days.
FedEx will deliver the mattress directly to the customer’s doorstep; an adult signature will not be required, and adults do not need to be present at the address during the delivery.
Bear does not ship mattresses to Military Post Offices.

Nectar offers a 365-night sleep trial for all mattresses. There is a mandatory 30-day break-in period, and customers may return the mattress at any point during the sleep trial for a full product refund.
Nectar will cover all shipping and handling costs related to the mattress return. Nectar will coordinate pickup services for all mattress returns at no cost to the owner. Customers do not need to keep the original mattress packaging.
Mattress exchanges are available as part of Nectar’s return policy. Those who wish to exchange their current mattress for a different model must purchase the replacement before receiving a refund for the original model.
Warranty

Nectar offers a lifetime warranty (also known as the ‘Forever Warranty’) for all mattresses.
Warranty coverage will begin on the date of the original purchase and is divided into two periods. For the first 10 years, Nectar will replace defective mattresses with a new model at no cost to the owner.
After 10 years, Nectar will repair or replace all defective mattresses at no cost to the owner. Owners will be responsible for $50 transportation fees for shipping the mattress to and from the owner ($100 total); these charges will be waived if the mattress is deemed defective.

How is the Mattress Shipped? A Nectar Mattress arrives compressed and rolled in a Nectar-branded carrying bag.
Where Do They Ship? Nectar ships to the contiguous United States, not including U.S. Territories, like Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam, etc. Nectar ships to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional $150.
Full Shipping Details Nectar deliveries are coordinated through FedEx Ground. Most customers will receive their mattresses within one to five business days. In the event of a shipping delay, Nectar will contact the customer and provide a delivery date estimate; the company will also modify the delivery upon request.
White-Glove Delivery
Nectar will coordinate delivery and setup of a new mattress and the removal of an existing mattress through its White Glove Service Option for $149 plus $45 per additional WGS item. Additional, state-mandated fees will be added for California, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Those who request White Glove delivery should plan to receive their mattress within three to seven business days. Those who request White Glove delivery should plan to receive their mattress within three to seven business days.
