Customers may return the Bear mattress within 120 days of delivery, though Bear requires a 30-night break-in period before a return may be initiated. Warranty
Bear offers a lifetime warranty.
The Bear mattress comes with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser with a copy of the receipt for proof of ownership.
This warranty is contingent upon proper usage and proper foundational support. The warranty states the mattress must be supported by a firm, solid surface for the entirety of its use. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a warranty replacement of repair.
If a defect is found, Bear will cover costs associated with shipping or transporting the mattress. Bear considers the following to be defects covered by the warranty:

The delivery policy for Bear mattresses is as follows:

Contact Casper customer service to initiate a return. The company will arrange for a courier to pick up the mattress from the owner’s residence for donation to a local charity or recycling. The original form of payment will be refunded in full.
Warranty
