Keetsa Memory Foam Customer Satisfaction Rating Comparison

Keetsa Memory Foam Mattress Sleep Ratings

Category Criteria Cloud Rating Tea Leaf Supreme Rating What Keetsa Memory Foam Users Say
Customer Satisfaction Based on data collection, this is an overall customer sentiment regarding Keetsa memory foam mattress. 76% 78% Both the Cloud and Tea Leaf Supreme from Keetsa have earned above-average customer satisfaction ratings compared to other memory foam models.
Durability Memory foam is engineered to provide a comfortable, conforming sleep surface that retains its original shape over time, but indentations are to be expected. Good Good The durability of Cloud and Tea Leaf Supreme mattresses is comparable to other memory foam beds, and the average lifespan is roughly six years.
Motion Isolation Memory foam mattresses have been touted for superior motion isolation, which means that motion does not occur throughout the mattress when someone gets up or shifts their position. Very Good Very Good According to owners, the Cloud and Tea Leaf Supreme mattresses absorb and minimize transfer to a significant extent, resulting in fewer nighttime disturbances for couples.
Sex Many memory foam users report that these mattresses are not very conducive for sex due to the lack of responsiveness, which can create a feeling of ‘fighting’ the mattress. Fair Fair Like other memory foam mattresses, the Cloud and Tea Leaf Supreme may not be responsive or bouncy enough for some couples.
Conforming Memory foam mattresses are engineered to conform to the sleeper’s figure, creating a cradle-shaped impression that aligns the spine and targets pressure points. Good Very Good The Tea Leaf Supreme features four inches of memory foam in the comfort system, and conforms closer to alleviate more pressure than the Cloud — although Cloud owners also report a fair amount of pressure relief.
Temperature Neutrality Memory foam retains more body heat than other mattress materials, and users often ‘sleep hot’ as a result. Fair Fair The Cloud and Tea Leaf Supreme sleep fairly hot, and may not be suitable for those who prefer a cooler surface.
Off-gassing Some mattresses emit particles when they are unpackaged, accompanied by unpleasant ‘off-gassing’ smells that can last for days. Fair Fair Both of Keetsa’s memory foam models have some odor potential, but off-gassing smells typically dissipate within a few days.
Edge Support Because of their construction, memory foam mattresses often feature little to no edge support. Poor Poor Neither the Cloud nor the Tea Leaf Supreme offers much edge support, and some owners report premature sinkage.
Noise Memory foam mattresses create little to no noise, due to their lack of springs, coils, and other metal components Excellent Excellent According to owners, both the Cloud and the Tea Leaf Supreme are virtually silent when bearing weight.
Ease of Moving and Rotating Memory foam mattresses tend to be lighter, which makes them easier to move. They never need to be flipped, since only one side is designed for sleeping. Good Poor A Queen-size Cloud weighs 90 pounds, making it much easier to move than the 120-pound Tea Leaf Supreme (Queen).

Sleep Trial and Warranty Information

Trial Period and Guarantee: Keetsa offers a 90-night sleep trial for all mattress orders.

  1. This sleep trial requires a mandatory 30-night break-in period. Customers must test out the mattress for at least 30 nights before they qualify for a product refund.
  2. Customers who request a return must pay a processing fee that is equivalent to 10% of the original product price.

Warranty: Keetsa offers a 12-year warranty for all mattresses.

  1. This warranty is entirely nonprorated.
  2. Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery. Keetsa will, at its sole option, repair or replace mattresses with defects for as long as the warranty is valid.
  3. Warranty coverage is contingent on proper foundational support. Per Keetsa: ‘Proper use means using the mattress on a firm, rigid and smooth surface that allows air ventilation and supports the entire mattress, including the center, such as a slatted bed platform, box spring, or Keetsa bed frame foundation. Keetsa Mattresses are not designed for Murphy beds or adjustable beds, and usage of Keetsa mattresses on these types of beds voids the warranty.’
  4. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless Keetsa determines the mattress is defective, in which case the company will bear these costs.
  5. Replacing the mattress will not extend the warranty or result in a new warranty.
  6. The warranty will cover the following product defects:
    • Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that measure one and a half inches (1 1/2″).
    • Manufacturing flaws with the cover, including unraveled seams.
  7. The warranty will not cover the following:
    • Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that do not measure one and a half inches (1 1/2″) or deeper, or normal thickness changes or increases in mattress softness. These issues are considered standard wear and tear.
    • Mold and/or vermin infestation.
    • Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of physical damage.
  8. This warranty exclusively extends to original owners who purchase their mattress from Keetsa or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their mattress from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
