Voila Customer Satisfaction Rating Comparison
Voila Mattress Sleep Ratings
What Voila Users Say
Based on data collection, this is an overall customer sentiment regarding the Voila mattress.
Voila’s customer satisfaction rating of 79% is higher than the average rating for all hybrid mattresses (71%).
Hybrid mattresses tend to degrade faster due to low-grade polyfoam used in the support core. The average lifespan is roughly six years.
Durability appears to be good for the Voila mattress, but the company has not been in business long enough to assess the product’s overall lifespan.
Hybrid mattresses generally do not absorb and isolate motion transfer to the same extent as foam or latex models.
Due to its thick comfort layer of memory foam and/or latex (depending on firmness), the Voila isolates motion better than most hybrids.
Most hybrids are responsive and bouncy enough for sex, but excessively soft models may not be sufficient for some couples.
Because it is not as responsive as other hybrids, the Voila mattress may not be bouncy enough for some couples.
Most hybrids do not conform very closely compared to foam or latex models, and owners report lower levels of pain and pressure relief.
According to owners, the Voila’s comfort system provides close conforming for above-average pressure relief compared to other hybrids.
Hybrid mattresses tend to retain low amounts of body heat and sleep fairly cool as a result.
The Voila mattress can be a heat trap for some due to the foam and latex components.
Off-gassing may occur in hybrids, but these models tend to produce less odor than those made exclusively of foam.
Like other hybrids with memory foam, the Voila’s odor potential is fairly high; long-lasting odors are rarely reported.
Hybrids usually provide more edge support than memory foam and latex mattresses, and are usually on par with traditional innersprings.
The Voila mattress provides sturdy edge support, particularly in the Medium and Medium Firm models with polyfoam encasements around the support core.
Hybrids tend to produce more noise than latex or foam mattresses, primarily due to the spring and coil components of the support core.
The Voila mattress produces some noise, but tends to be quieter than other hybrids.
Ease of Moving and Rotating
All mattresses are relatively heavy but some weigh much more than others, and this can make them difficult to move and maneuver.
A Queen-size Voila mattress weighs 130 pounds, which is fairly heavy even by hybrid mattress standards.
How Is the Mattress Shipped?: Voila mattresses are compressed, rolled, and shipped in a box. These boxes all measure 15″ in width and 16″ in height; box lengths range from 45″ (Twin and Twin XL) to 82″ (King and California King). According to Voila, the mattress will fully expand within two to four hours once it is removed from its packaging. Where Do They Ship?: Voila will ship mattresses to customers in all 50 states, but international deliveries are not available. Delivery Fee: There is no charge for standard delivery to the lower 48 states; deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will incur shipping fees based on the shipping address. Additional charges will be assessed for customers who choose to expedite their shipping, as well as those who order their mattress during ‘peak times’ (such as holidays).
Delivery Policy: The delivery policy for Voila is as follows:
Voila mattresses ship from the factory within two business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when the mattress ships (typically within 24 hours or less). On average, purchasers receive their mattress within three to five business days of placing their order.
Customers will be able to cancel their order for free if they do so within 24 hours of making a purchase. Those who do not cancel their order within 24 hours will be responsible for outgoing and returning freight charges, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
A signature will be or will not be required for delivery depending on the mattress size:
Customers who order Twin, Twin XL, Full, or Queen sizes can choose whether or not to sign for their mattress delivery; those who wish to forego the signature can select the ‘allow the delivery without signature’ option when finalizing their purchase.
Customers who order King or California King mattresses will be required to sign for their delivery, as these mattresses are too heavy to be shipped standard freight.
Old Mattress Removal: Voila does not offer old mattress removal services.

Warranty: Voila offers a 10-year limited warranty for all mattresses.
Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date. Voila will, at its option, repair or replace all mattresses that are deemed defective.
Warranty coverage is contingent on the use of a proper foundational support. Bed frames must be equipped with either a center support or at least five crosswise slats. The warranty will be voided if an ‘inappropriate foundation, adjustable bed base or bed frame’ is used with the mattress.
Mattress owners are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with replacing the mattress.
The warranty will cover the following product defects:
Deterioration in the mattress that causes visible indentations or body impressions measuring three-quarters of an inch (3/4″) or deeper.
The warranty will not cover the following:
A ‘normal increase in the softness and recovery time’ of the memory foam and latex components that does not limit their pressure-relieving abilities, or indentations and impressions that do not measure three-quarters (3/4″) of an inch or deeper. These are both considered standard wear and tear.
Cuts, tears, burns, stains, and other types of damage that result from owner misuse and/or improper foundational support.
Repair or replacement requests related to changes in the owner’s preference for comfort, sheet fit, or bed height.
Issues with mattresses that are soiled or considered unsanitary.
Mattresses used in commercial settings — such as hotels or hospitals — will not receive coverage under this limited 10-year warranty.
This warranty is exclusively extended to original owners that purchase their mattress directly from Voila. Anyone who buys or acquires their mattress from the original purchaser or another mattress seller will not receive warranty coverage.
