How Is the Mattress Shipped?: Tulo mattresses are compressed for shipping. Boxes for shipping measure 19W” x 42L” x 19H”. Tulo recommends removing the mattress from its packaging and waiting at least an hour before using it.
Where Do They Ship?: The Tulo mattress may be shipped anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, in-home assembly and old mattress removal is not available outside the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Canada and other international destinations are not available at this time.
Delivery Fee: All deliveries within the U.S. are free of charge, including deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.
Old Mattress Removal: Old mattress removal is provided free of charge for all deliveries within the contiguous 48 states, but this option is not available for customers in Alaska or Hawaii.
Tulo mattresses are available in three different firmness ratings: ‘Soft,’ which corresponds to a 4 (or Medium Soft) on the Tuck 1-10 firmness scale; ‘Medium,’ which corresponds to a 5.5 (or Medium); and ‘Firm,’ which corresponds to a 7 (or Firm). The table below features a breakdown of the Tulo’s individual layers and components. Please note that Mattress Firm/Tulo do not disclose the foam densities for any of the three firmness options available with this mattress model.
