Qomfort mattresses are exclusively available in Medium Firm, which may be limiting for customers who prefer mattresses with a lower or higher firmness rating.
Qomfort first launched in February 2017, and the long-term performance of these mattresses has not been accurately assessed.

Trial Period and Guarantee: Qomfort offers a 100-night sleep trial for all mattresses/
There is no mandatory break-in period for the Qomfort mattress. Customers will be eligible to return the mattress for a full refund at any point during the sleep trial. However, the company recommends testing out the mattress for at least 25 nights in order to adjust to the foam.
Customers who are unsatisfied with their mattress should contact Qomfort’s customer service department over the phone for ‘customized sleep suggestions’.
Qomfort does not offer mattress return pickups. Instead, the company will work with purchasers to donate the mattress to a charity or nonprofit organization. Once the mattress has been donated, customers should submit a photocopy of their donation receipt to Qomfort; they will receive a full product refund within three to five business days.
Customers who participate in the 100-night sleep trial will be able to exchange their mattress for a differently sized model. If requesting an upgrade, the customer must pay the differential in price between the original and the replacement.
The 100-night mattress return is limited to one return per household per year.
The sleep trial is reserved for customers who have bought their mattress directly from Qomfort. Those who purchase their mattress from Amazon.com will not be eligible for the 100-night sleep trial; they should defer to the 30-night trial offered on that website.
Warranty: Qomfort offers a lifetime warranty for all mattresses.
The warranty coverage is exclusively prorated, and owners will not be responsible for paying prorated costs to have the mattress replaced at any point. Qomfort’s liability will not exceed the original price of the mattress.
Customers who purchase their mattress from Amazon.com will be entitled to the same lifetime warranty as those who buy their mattress directly from Qomfort.
Warranty coverage will remain valid as long as the original purchaser owns the mattress. The warranty is non-transferrable, and anyone who buys or acquires the mattress from the original owner or an unauthorized retailer will not be eligible for coverage.
The warranty will cover the following product defects:
Deterioration of the mattress resulting in visible indentations and/or sagging that measures one inch (1″) or deeper.
Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack.
Manufacturing flaws associated with cover components, including seams and zippers.
The warranty will not cover the following:
A normal increase in foam softness that does not affect its pressure-relieving abilities, or indentations or sagging that do not measure one inch (1″) or deeper. These issues are considered normal wear and tear.
Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of damage that result from owner misuse and/or improper foundation support.
Repair or replacement requests that occur due to owner allergies or changes in the owner’s comfort or firmness preferences.
Damage caused by transportation ‘after initial delivery’ has occurred.
In order to file a claim, owners must photograph the defect and email the image to Qomfort’s customer service department, along with a written description of the defect and proof of original purchase.
