Overview

I Love My Pillow was founded by Mark Arthurs, a foam factory employee who wanted to use what he knew about foam to give his family a great night’s sleep. The brand has since developed several types of pillows, all of which were designed to offer sleepers the best possible sleep. It doesn’t matter what your preferred sleep position is — I Love My Pillow is confident that you’ll fall in love with one of their specially designed pillows.

  • Signature Contour Pillow: I Love My Pillow’s Signature Contour Pillow features a shallow indent on one side that allows for extra support for the head and neck. This special shape helps your spine stay in proper alignment, which helps you avoid waking up with neck pain and stiffness. The pillow is made from the company’s signature memory foam that’s lightweight and flexible. The pillow’s cover is machine washable, stain-resistant, and hypoallergenic.
  • Traditional Pillow: The traditional pillow comes in both classic and slim options. The classic shape of this pillow appeals to those who prefer a more traditional pillow shape but like I Love My Pillow’s squeezable and flexible memory foam. It’s great for stomach sleepers and anyone with a tendency to move around during the night. The pillow is the same shape on both sides, offering a good amount of support no matter which side you choose to sleep on. Both Traditional Pillows are designed to hold their shape all night, no matter which side of the pillow you sleep on.
  • Memory Down Pillow: Beneath this pillow’s soft, Tencel fiber cover is a thin layer of down feathers that envelop I Love My Pillow’s unique foam center. The overall result is a pillow that offers the supportive firmness you’d expect from memory foam with a plush softness that’s distinct to down pillows. Additionally, these pillows are made with optimal airflow in mind.
  • Out Cold Pillow: This cooling pillow was designed using I Love My Pillow’s unique CoolLuxe material, a special cooling substance is woven into the pillow cover. The substance draws heat away from the pillow’s surface, helping you sleep cool through the night. The cover doesn’t lose its cooling attributes no matter how many times it’s washed.
  • Supreme Pillow: The Supreme Pillow is similar to the Memory Down Pillow, but with some important enhancements. For example, the Supreme Pillow features an ultra-soft micro mink cover. Also, this pillow’s memory foam core is surrounded by a special blend of down and feathers.

Overall, I Love My Pillow’s offerings are comfortable, offer good support to the head and neck, and are enveloped by machine-washable covers. The pillows themselves are “spot-clean only,” which is why the covers are made to be stain-resistant.

I Love My Pillow designed its pillows to promote comfortable sleep no matter what your usual sleep position is. The brand also recognizes that even though people have a preferred sleep position, many sleepers shift around during the night. With these factors in mind, I Love My Pillow decided to craft a series of pillows that are not only suitable for multiple sleep positions, but for those with a tendency to toss and turn during the night.

That said, some pillows do work better for certain sleep positions than others. For instance, stomach sleepers are likely to prefer I Love My Pillow’s Thin Traditional Pillow, while back and side sleepers generally prefer the Signature Contour Pillow.

What You Need to Know about I Love My Pillow Pillows

Product Construction & Firmness

At the core of each pillow from I Love My Pillow is memory foam that’s made and manufactured just outside of Detroit, Michigan. The foam is lightweight and flexible, designed to conform to your head and neck area and provide proper spinal alignment. The Memory Down Pillow and Supreme Pillow differ from the company’s other pillow products in that the memory foam is surrounded by a soft layer of down or a down-feather blend.

The Signature Contour Pillow, Traditional Pillow, and Supreme Pillow all have covers that are made with ultra-soft micro mink fabric. Meanwhile, the Out Cold Pillow’s cover is made from a polyester cotton blend that uses CoolLuxe technology. Lastly, the Memory Down pillow cover is derived from a soft, eco-friendly Tencel fiber.

I Love My Pillow designed their pillows in such a way that it is very easy for customers to find a specific pillow that suits their preferred comfort level and sleep position. However, firmness options are limited.
