Our latex is shipped directly from our organic certified Sri Lanka rubber plantation to our California factory, so you get the highest quality latex available at a great price (no middlemen involved). Each topper is then custom made per order in our Southern California factory.

Shipping is free in the continental U.S., and ships direct from our factory in Southern California. We ship in a small box via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Once you open the box, your topper will expand in place.

Our latex is certified organic, single source dunlop latex. We never use synthetic latex or fillers in our toppers. Using single-source, organic latex provides the highest quality latex topper experience.

Do your natural latex toppers have any certifications?

Yes, and thank you for understanding the importance in asking that question. Our certified organic, single-source latex carries the internationally recognized Eco-Institut health and environmental certification, and is also GOLS certified organic and our organic cotton cover carries the GOTS organic certification.

What is the advantage of using a latex topper?

Our natural latex mattress toppers are pillowy soft, and they add just the right amount of soothing pressure point relief and support to your mattress. It allows you to sleep cool, comfortable and supported while adding the perfect amount of body-hugging firmness. It also allows you to sleep healthier, on a natural product that’s hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, dust mite-resistant, and doesn’t off-gas toxic chemicals like many memory foam and non-natural toppers.

Should I order the soft, medium or firm comfort level?

Choose Soft to add a layer of cloudlike cushion to your current mattress. Choose Medium to improve your bed’s support while also adding plushness. Or choose Medium-Firm to bring just the right amount of support to your too-soft bed.

Do I need the organic cotton cover?

You don’t need a cover for your latex topper, but there are advantages to having one. Adding a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover to your latex topper protects your latex from stains and spills, makes it easier to pick up and move from one mattress to another, makes it easier to store for later use, and it adds a small layer of organic cotton comfort to your bed.

Is there any problem with the latex topper sliding or moving around?

Once your topper is correctly placed on the mattress, there should be no slipping. The cover helps to ensure that the topper remains in place for comfortable sleep, but it should also stay in place without the cover if placed on top of your mattress and underneath your mattress protector or sheets.

What if I don’t like the topper? Can I return it?

Unfortunately not. Because toppers are considered a personal bedding item, we are not allowed to accept returns. Fortunately, your topper can be used universally with any bedroom mattress.
