Ghostbed offers two mattresses – a mixed foam mattress containing a layer of latex and a luxury memory foam mattress. The Ghostbed is a single firmness, three layer mattress with both latex and memory foam in the comfort layers that stands 11″ tall and has a polyfoam support core. The Ghostbed Luxe a single firmness, multi layer mattress with multiple memory foams in the comfort layers and a cover with a cooling phase change material (PCM) that stands 13″ tall and also has polyfoam support core.

Trial Period and Guarantee: Ghostbed offers a 101-night sleep trial for both mattresses.
There is a mandatory 30-night break-in period. Customers will not be able to initiate the return process until the mattress has been in their home for at least 30 nights.
A full refund (including handling and transportation fees) will be issued to purchasers that return the mattress.
Only one mattress return is allowed for each household.
Warranty: Ghostbed offers a 20-year warranty that is divided into nonprorated and prorated periods.
During the first 10 years, Ghostbed will repair or replace a defective mattress at no charge to the owner, including handling and transportation fees.
During years 11 to 20, Ghostbed may option to repair the mattress; the owner will incur a handling fee, but no other costs. If the mattress needs to be replaced, the owner must pay a prorated charge to order a new model.
During the 11th year of warranty coverage, the owner must pay a prorated charge of 50% of the original cost of the mattress.
The prorated charge will increase by 5% for each subsequent year of warranty coverage, ending with a prorated charge of 95% during the 20th and final year of ownership.
The mattress cover will not be protected under the mattress warranty; a separate, one-year warranty will be issued for the cover.
The warranty will be voided if the Ghostbed mattress is not supported with a ‘firm, solid-surface, or adjustable bed base’.
The warranty will cover the following defects:
Visible sagging or indentations that measure one inch (1″) deep or more.
Physical flaws in the mattress that cause the latex or memory foam to split or crack.
The warranty will not cover the following:
Sagging or indentations that do not measure one inch (1″) or deeper, or normal ‘increases or decreases’ in the feel or recovery of the mattress. These issues are considered standard wear and tear.
Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of damage that do not occur during manufacturing or shipping.
The warranty is exclusively offered to the original owners who purchase their mattress from Ghostbed or an authorized retailer. Anyone who buys or acquires the mattress from the owner or a non-authorized retailer will not receive warranty coverage.

Orders are immediately processed, and mattresses will ship anywhere in the U.S. within 24 hours. Therefore, customers should ensure all of their address and contact information is correct at the time of purchase since this information cannot be altered or adjusted once the order has been completed.
Cancellations after orders have been submitted will incur a restocking fee, which amounts to roughly 15% of the mattress price.
FedEx provides all deliveries for Ghostbed; customers will receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as their mattress ships. If a customer needs to adjust the date or time of their scheduled delivery, they are encouraged to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and make arrangements with them directly. There is no charge for asking FedEx to hold the package at a shipping location. However, customers may face fees for changing the delivery address.
Ghostbed does not ship mattresses to army post offices (APOs), fleet post offices (FPOs) or P.O. boxes.
Old Mattress Removal: Because FedEx provides all Ghostbed deliveries, the company does not offer old mattress removal services.
