With a thickness of 1.5 inches each, eLuxury mattress pads all provide a cushiony sleep experience with good pressure point relief. Each mattress pad also offers a pocket depth of 18 inches, so they should fit most mattresses.
The covers feature double needle baffle box stitching, enabling the cluster fiberfill to expand and provide loft, without spilling into other areas of the pad surface and creating noise. This design, coupled with the elastic skirt, makes for a virtually silent sleep surface.
All of the mattresses feature the same 100 percent hypoallergenic polyester down alternative fill. The key difference among the pads lies in their cover materials. The Cooling Mattress Pad sleeps the coolest and regulates temperature very well.
The Bamboo Mattress Pad also sleeps relatively cool, thanks to the inclusion of rayon from bamboo, while the Pillowtop Mattress Pad is less breathable due to the 100 percent polyester design.
Set-Up & Care Instructions
eLuxury mattress pads are machine washable and dryable, although the company recommends using a machine without a center agitator. The mattress pad should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle, using mild detergent. To dry, use a low or no-heat setting.
If you don’t own a washing machine without an agitator, the mattress pads can also be dry cleaned or laundered using a high capacity washer. This is also a good option if you purchase a larger mattress pad, such as a king, and it doesn’t fit in your washer at home.
